The <b>Crown chakra (or) Sahasara<\/b> which maintains entire hormone system of the body, <b>Ajna chakra<\/b> which balance the total metabolism of the human body, <b>Vishudhi chakra<\/b> which is responsible for growth and maturation, <b>Anahata chakra<\/b> which strengthens the immune system, <b>Manipura chakra<\/b> which aids in digestion and conversion of energy, <b>Svathisdhana Chakra<\/b>, which controls sensuality and sexuality, <b>Muladhara chakra<\/b>, which controls survival, stability and safety. \n<br><br>\n\n\u201cAccording to the Vedas, the purpose of human life is to strive for the follwing four purushartha (Great goal), Dharma (pursuing one\u2019s religion), Artha (attaining economic development), Kama (Accomplishing regulated sense-gratification) and moksha (attaining liberation). The genesis for attaining all the four purushartha is arogya (health)\u201d. Orien\u2019s is designed in such a way that ensures a healthy living for mankind.<br><br>\n\nWorld Health Organization (WHO) in 1948, Defined health as being \u201ca state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity\u201d.
